A. Yes, all OnlineBizBuilder website packages include email that matches your site’s domain name. So, if you choose www.mysite.com as your domain name, you can have email addresses such as sales@mysite.com.

Q. How many email addresses can I have?

A. Every package comes with up to three email addresses.

Q. Can I buy extra email addresses?

A. Yes, for just an extra £29.00 + vat per year or £2.90 + vat per month you can have an unlimited number of email addresses.

Buying extra email addresses also allows you to specify other email addresses to which you would like some emails to be forwarded, and to set up aliases for one POP3 account.

Q. What’s a POP3 email address? Is that what I’m getting?

A. Yes, the email addresses you get with OnlineBizBuilder website packages are POP3 addresses.

A POP3 account is away of collecting mail from our mail servers. When someone emails your email address the mail is kept on our server until you login with some mail software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook Express) which then uses a password to retrieve the email out of that POP3 box.

Q. How do I set up Microsoft Outlook Express to collect my email from your servers?

A. You can download the instructions (Microsoft Word format) now, or review them in the setup process.

The instructions are specifically written for Microsoft Outlook Express, but apply equally well to Microsoft Outlook and Opera.

Q. Does OnlineBizBuilder allow Webmail, like hotmail, so I can collect my email from any computer?

A. Not yet, although it is something we are looking at.
