Embroidery, what does this mean? “Act of making decorative needlework” craft, the craft of using needlework to make decorative designs.
To us here at First Image we see embroidery as exactly that, a craft. We take a lot of pride in all the embroidery we produce, whether it’s a small order for the local sole trader or for a larger company wanting to supply their staff with embroidered work-wear to improve their corporate image.
Quality, what does this mean? “Excellence” The highest or finest standard.
This is a word we like to associate with our embroidery because we believe that to produce good embroidered garments you need to have high standards of quality and not just a “that will do” approach. We strongly believe that to produce quality embroidery on garments suitable for work-wear, corporate use, or for a club logo you must use the best equipment and materials available in the world of garment embroidery. This is why we use what we believe to be the best embroidery machines, the finest embroidery thread and backings we can find, to fulfil all our customer requirements. We do not use cheap consumables to produce embroidered garments as this just causes downtime in productivity, poor quality work and unhappy customers, and that is not what we stand for.
There is a true saying “good embroidery starts with good digitising”. That is the best thing anybody has ever said about garment embroidery and it is most definitely the wisest statement as well. This is why we use probably one of the best, if not the best, digitiser in the country. Believe us; we have seen some absolutely awful work.
