SoundPad

With shops in both Torquay and Barnstaple, SoundPad is an established retailer of musical instruments, having started in 1970.

SoundPad have been selling by mail order for years, and have had a website since the late 1990s, but it was insecure and didn’t allow them to display products how they wanted.

Following a consultation with the Managing Director, Graham Pell, SoundPad asked Assertis to rebuild their website and improve online ordering especially. The site now has secure ordering that utilises both WorldPay and NatWest Streamline to process and authorise credit and debit card payments, and was relaunched again in May 2003.

Graham said of Assertis: “They were extremely helpful and at last I’ve got a good looking secure website.”
